Contact requests or quotes are not to be considered a booking. A quote is valid for a specific period during which a certain offer can be secured. Upon expiration, the rate may vary depending on remaining availability.
Booking Conditions
Booking Terms – Standard Rate with 30% Deposit
To make a booking, simply confirm the quote by clicking the “Book” button. The property will send an email confirming the registration of the request, asking for a deposit equal to 30% of the total amount via bank transfer, to be sent within 4 days of booking.
As soon as the transfer is made, the guest must send a copy of the receipt via email to booking@lameridiana.info.
The booking will be definitively confirmed upon receipt of the aforementioned deposit, followed by a summary voucher sent by the property. The balance for the stay must be paid upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
For the Standard Rate with a 30% deposit, the following applies in case of:
Cancellation request within 30 days: Subject to availability, a date change is permitted for a stay to be completed within the current season.
Cancellation request within 60 days: The property will refund the deposit in full.
No-Show: No refund will be provided.
Delayed arrival / Early departure: No discount or refund will be provided.
Booking Terms – Non-Refundable Rate with 100% Prepayment
To make a booking, simply confirm the quote by clicking the “Book” button. The property will send an email confirming the registration of the request, asking for payment of 100% of the total amount via bank transfer, to be sent within 4 days of booking.
As soon as the transfer is made, the guest must send a copy of the receipt via email to booking@lameridiana.info.
The booking will be definitively confirmed upon receipt of the aforementioned payment, followed by a summary voucher sent by the property.
Cancellation Policy
For the Non-Refundable Rate with 100% prepayment:
Cancellation at any time: No refund will be provided for cancellations made at any point after booking.
No-Show: No refund will be provided.
Delayed arrival / Early departure: No discount or refund will be provided.
Travel Insurance
In the event of a mishap, a change of itinerary, or any situation not directly caused by the property, you may wish to consider taking out a travel insurance policy through your preferred provider.
Tourist Tax
In accordance with the provisions of Art. 4 of Legislative Decree 14/03/2011 n.23 regarding “Fiscal Federalism,” the Municipality of Ricadi has established a tourist tax, applicable from April 1st to October 31st each year.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: Accommodation will be handed over by the property between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM on the day of arrival. Access to the property is not permitted before 11:00 AM. After 11:00 AM, upon prior notice from the guest, it is possible to park your vehicle and begin using the beach service.
Check-out: The stay concludes with the return of the keys by 10:00 AM. Remaining on the property after 10:00 AM on the day of departure is not permitted.
